These are instant ice cream rolls being made at the night market in Phuket, Thailand. It is approximately 94 F or 34 C outside. Inside the night market it is probably hotter. There is no cutting or time shifting being done. This ice cream was actually made in under 2 minutes. This was shot using a Canon 650D at night with just the market lights.
