During their stay at Mfuwe Lodge, a safari lodge in South Luangwa National Park, Zambia, came across a feisty little elephant. Turning your back and running from a charging elephant will likely result in a chase, so it is recommended to stand your ground. This video shows a young elephant calf charging our vehicle and then very quickly realizing that this might not be such a good idea after all. Not only is he (she?) very cute but he also manages a small jump - not an easy feat for an elephant. It was filmed during our stay at Mfuwe Lodge.
